Welcome to a brand new apartment in central Torre del Mar.
The apartment is located next to the promenade and opposite the well-known lighthouse in Torre del Mar. It is a very central location, but the house is still nestled in a quiet street. From here you are within walking distance of everything - restaurants, bars, shops, bus stop and taxi rank, as well as the beach and the sea of course!
This nicely furnished holiday apartment is located at the top of the house and is accessible by elevator. The apartment has one bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and blackout blinds. A folding baby bed is available for rent. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, toilet and hand shower.
The kitchen and living room have an open plan that facilitates relaxed socializing. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a dishwasher and washing machine, and the living room has both a dining table with seating for four people, as well as a large and comfortable sofa bed in front of the TV. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely terrace with a dining table and sun loungers.
The apartment has central air conditioning/heat pump and ceiling fans. Wifi is available.
Parking is free on the streets around the block, however, please note that parking spaces marked with blue lines have restrictions.
Price varies depending on season. Minimum stay: normally 7 nights.
Final cleaning costs will be added to the price.
