Charming beachfront penthouse in Torrox

Welcome to a charming, modern penthouse right on the beach in Panorama Beach, Torrox.

This apartment is brightly decorated in Scandinavian design and offers two bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a wide double bed and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms face the courtyard and have blinds for the windows. Both bedrooms also have ample wardrobes. In the entrance hall there is a separate bathroom with shower and in the hall there is also a storage room with a washing machine.

The living room and kitchen have an open concept and from here you can go out to the terraces. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a lovely armchair, as well as a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The apartment has central air conditioning/heating and wifi.

The lower terrace is equipped with a round dining table and a remote-controlled awning. From here you have a beautiful sea view to the east. From the lower terrace, a staircase leads up to the spacious roof terrace. The roof terrace offers a relaxing sofa area, a dining table, a charcoal grill, sun loungers, parasols and fantastic views of both the sea and the mountains. From here you can enjoy the sun all day long.

When you rent this apartment you get access to the communal pool and a private parking space in the garage under the building. The pool is usually open from April to November, but please note that pool opening times may be affected by water restrictions in the area.

The building is located just a few meters from the beach. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. It is long, wide and sandy.

You will have private access to the entire apartment, as well as to the two terraces during your stay.

Price varies depending on season. Minimum stay: normally 7 days.
