Welcome to a lovely apartment perfect for 2 people. The apartment has a large private roof terrace with both sea and mountain views. The access to the roof terrace goes via a staircase that is shared with the neighbors next door. 

The apartment features one bedroom  equipped with a large double bed (180x200), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has recently been refurbished and offers a big shower, a zink with drawers underneath and a toilet with hand shower aside. The living room has an open plan solution facing the dining area, kitchen and an associated small balcony. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, TV, bookshelf and a fireplace. The dining area has seating for four people and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave. The balcony has seating for 1 person. 

The roof terrace (which is accessible through a staircase that is shared with the neighbors next door) is equipped with a dining table, chairs, two sun beds, a parasol, a gas grill and green plants. Free parking is available right outside the entrance. You will have full access to the apartment and the roof terrace during your stay. The area is calm and relaxing. 

The sea is just a short walking distance down the hill. The beach, restaurants and convenient stores are also within walking distance. A car is recommendable, but there are also buses. The closest bigger villages are Torre del Mar and Nerja. 

Parking is available in the street in front of the house or nearby.
