Charming roof top by the sea

Welcome to a lovely apartment perfect for 2 people. The apartment has a large private roof terrace with views over both sea and mountains. The access to the roof terrace goes via a staircase that is shared with the neighbour opposite. 

The apartment consists of a bedroom that is equipped with a large double bed (180x200), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a large sink with drawers underneath, bathtub and bidet. The living room has an open plan facing the dining area, kitchen and an associated small balcony. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, TV, bookshelf and a fireplace. The dining area has seating for four people and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave. The balcony has seating for 1 person. 

On the roof terrace there is an extendable table and a total of 7 chairs, two sun beds, two parasols, a gas grill and green plants. Free parking is available right outside the entrance. Full access to the apartment and the terrace during your stay. I live in the neighbour village, and can be of help if needed. The area is calm and relaxing. 

The sea is just a short walking distance down the hill. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and convenient stores. A car is recommendable, but there are also buses. The closest bigger villages areTorre del Mar and Nerja. 

Parking is available in the street in front of the house or nearby.

Free wifi is included.

Price vary depending on the season. Minimum stay: normally 7 days.

Final cleaning cost will be added to the price.
