Welcome to this spacious and comfortable apartment on the Costa Levante in Torre del Mar. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and offers a nice view of the pool and the green courtyard. From the entrance you step into the living room, which has space for both a dining table for up to 6 people and a sofa with coffee table and a bookshelf with a big smart TV. From here you have direct access to the terrace.

The apartment has three bedrooms, of which the master bedroom is ensuite. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and built-in wardrobes, and the bathroom has bathtub and bidet.

The second and third bedrooms have twin beds. (In the third bedroom there is an extra bed below the one shown in the pictures). There is also a separate second bathroom with bath and bidet.

The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a kitchen table, with room for 2-4 people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need – fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. Adjacent to the kitchen there is also a separate room for a washing machine and cleaning products.

When you rent this apartment, you also get access to a parking space in the garage under the building, and during the summer also to the communal pool. The pool is normally open every day during July and August, and during weekends in June and September.
