This place is centrally situated, only a few minutes walk from Balcón de Europa and Playa Calahonda. It's the perfect place if you are looking for something in central Nerja, yet prefer a calm area. The apartment is nicely decorated and very bright thanks to windows in both ends. Here you will find everything you need for a perfectly combined city and beach life holiday.

The apartment is situated on the first floor (no elevator). It offers one spacious bedroom with a good sized double bed, windows towards the inner courtyard and a wardrobe to store your things in. It has one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet opposite the bathroom. The kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a washing machine.

Between the kitchen and the living room you will find an extendable dining table with room for 2-4 persons. The living room gives access to a balcony, with room enough for two people to sit and have a coffee. The living room is thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with a cable connected smart TV with lots of channels. The sofa is a sofa bed, where 2 more people can sleep.
