Welcome to a bright and nice duplex apartment with a spacious roof terrace. The apartment is located in the center of Torre del Mar, only 200 m from the beach, and is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. 

This is an apartment with a house-like feel. It has three spacious bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a big double bed, several generous wardrobes, and a view of the street. The second bedroom is one floor up, featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, and access to the rooftop terrace. The third bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out extra bed underneath. This bedroom faces the inner courtyard. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have blinds and/or roller shades for the windows. 

The apartment has one bathroom on the lower floor. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with a shower cabin. On the lower floor, you will also find the living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The living room faces the street, while the kitchen faces the inner courtyard. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and more. The laundry room has a brand-new washing machine and plenty of space to hang clothes. The dining area seats six people, and the living room features a comfortable sofa set, a large smart TV, and a French balcony. 

Throughout the renovated apartment, preserved original details can be found, such as the beautiful Andalusian flooring in the kitchen. The rooftop terrace offers views of the surrounding buildings and provides sun all day long. It is furnished with a dining table for six, as well as a coffee table with comfortable sun loungers. There is also a pergola over the dining table and an extra sunshade. 

The apartment is located on the first floor. A staircase leads up from street level. There is no elevator. 

The apartment is located on a quiet street but close to all kinds of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as Torre del Mar’s long promenade and beautiful beaches.
