Welcome to spacious penthouse in Torrox. Big enough for you, your family and your friends.

This penthouse offers four bedrooms, three of which have king sized double beds. The forth bedroom has two single beds (there is an extra bed under the one you see in the picture), so in this apartment sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom is ensuite and in the hallway you will find the second bathroom. All four bedrooms have built in closets and the bathrooms are elegantly designed and equipped with showers. The apartment has central air condition / heating, and wifi.

The kitchen and the living room is combined in an open solution, which makes it easy to hang out with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped in high quality standards. Here you will also find the washing machine. The living room holds a dining table with room for 6 persons, a spacious lounge area  and a big smart TV. Next to it is the exit to the terraces. There are two big terraces belonging to this apartment. The lower one is equipped with a big outdoor dining table and sunshade. From the lower terrace a spiral staircase is leading up to the rooftop terrace, from which you'll have gorgeous views over the Mediterranean Sea. The rooftop terrace is equipped with high quality outdoor furnitures, an outdoor shower and sunshade.

When renting this apartment you will get access to the shared swimming pool and a private parking place in the garage underneath the building. The swimming pool is normally open from April until November, but please note that the opening of the swimming pool might be affected by the water restrictions in the area.

The building is situated only a few meters from the beach. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. It's long, wide and sandy. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.

You will have private access to the whole apartment, as well as to the two terraces.

Price vary depending on the season. Minimum stay: normally 7 days.

Final cleaning cost will be added to the price.
