House in beautiful shared garden with pool

In a big, beautiful garden in Nerja you will find this semi-attached house with an all year open swimmingpool. Enjoy the tranquility while having supermarkets, restaurants and the Burriana Beach just around the corner.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed, one with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space, both are equipped with air condition units and from both you have access to the terrace.

The hallway leads to the combined kitchen / living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, washing machine, microwave and a dining table with room for four persons. The living room has two exits to the big, sunny terrace. There is a good size sofa bed in the living room, so in this house sleeps up to 5 persons. The living room is equipped with television and an air condition unit.

The terrace is facing South and offers a small dining table, chairs, sun chairs and an awning.

The swimming pools are found a few staircases down or up the beautiful shared garden. If you wish to walk to the Burriana Beach, there is a nice walking trail. It takes about 15  minutes to walk down to the beach, and about 20 to walk up and back. It is also possible to drive down to the beach, but during the Summer the number of parking places by the beach are limited.

Wifi is included in the price when renting this house.

Parking in the surrounding streets of the house is free, and there are normally always places to be found.

Price vary depending on the season.  Minimum stay: normally 7 days. Final cleaning and linen costs will be added to the price.
