This apartment is situated on the ground floor in a newly built complex, only few meters from the beach. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room combined. Master bedroom is ensuite and is equipped with a king size double bed and built-in wardrobes. From here you also have direct access to the patio. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds and built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom is placed next to it.
The kitchen is constructed in conjunction with the living room. It has a modern kitchen island, around which you can gather family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and even a special filter for drinking water. The living-room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a big screen TV. From here you can access the spacious patio, in which you will find a big dining table with seatings for up to 8 persons, sun beds, outdoor lounge furniture, sun shades, a barbecue, plants and more. Here you can spend the entire day hanging out with your friends, playing with your children or just relaxing.
Next to the entrance door in the hallway, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment.
The building is situated only a few meters from the beach. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. It's long, wide and sandy. You will also be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenient stores, pharmacy, a gas station and more.
You will have private access to the whole apartment, as well as to the two terraces. When renting this apartment you will get access to the shared swimming pool and a private parking place in the garage underneath the building. The swimming pool is normally open from early Summer to late Autumn, but please note that the opening of the swimming pool might be affected by the water restrictions in the area.
Price vary depending on the season. Minimum stay: normally 7 days.
Final cleaning cost will be added to the price.
