The apartment is ideally located next to the beach promenade and directly opposite Torre del Mar's iconic lighthouse. Although it enjoys a very central location, the building is situated on a quiet street, offering both convenience and tranquillity. From here, everything is within easy walking distance – restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, the bus station, taxi rank, and, of course, the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built building with elevator access.
The apartment features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers one single bed and an additional pull-out single bed, accommodating up to four guests in total. A folding baby cot is available on request. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes.
There are also two modern bathrooms, each featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and handheld shower.
The open-plan kitchen and living area create a bright and welcoming space for relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area offers a dining table with seating for four, as well as a large, comfortable sofa facing the TV.
Just off the living room, you'll find a cosy private balcony furnished with a café table and chairs – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Free parking is available on the surrounding streets. Please note that parking spaces marked with blue lines are subject to local parking regulations and restrictions.
