Welcome to this newly built apartment, nicely decorated in cheerful colors! It offers both pool and sea views, and is centrally located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, bus and taxi station.
The apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms face north and have mountain views. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the other two single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and have blinds for the windows.
The living room and kitchen have an open concept and access to the terrace. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa, smart TV and a spacious dining table with chairs for all tastes.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a storage room with a washer and dryer, as well as a nice bar table.
The apartment has central air conditioning/heating and wifi.
The terrace is south facing and overlooks the pool, Torrox's famous lighthouse and the sea. The terrace is also equipped with a generous dining table, sofa, ceiling fans and a gas barbecue.
When renting this apartment you also have access to the communal swimming pool and a private parking space in the garage under the building. The pool is usually open from April to November, but please note that the opening of the pool may be affected by water restrictions in the area.
The building is just a short walk from the beach and the nice beach restaurant Rincón de Pepe (Pepe's Corner). It is also within walking distance of shops such as Lidl and Dia, as well as the central bus station and taxi rank.
You will have private access to the entire apartment during your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor. There is an elevator.
Price varies depending on season. Minimum stay: normally 7 days.
Final cleaning costs will be added to the price.
