Rent My Place was founded in 2018 and has since managed the rentals and maintenance of over 20 properties on the Costa del Sol. Currently, we operate from Nerja to Torre del Mar, but more areas may be added. In 2024, we achieved an occupancy rate of up to 73% and received an average rating of 9 (out of 10) on Booking.com and 4.7 (out of 5) on Airbnb.

Rent My Place strives to maintain high quality, both in the accommodations we offer our guests and in the service we provide to both guests and you as a property owner. We want this to be reflected in the reviews we receive, as satisfied guests often return and generate more new bookings. We also want you as a property owner to feel completely secure leaving your home in our hands. That’s why we place great emphasis on staying informed and complying with Spanish laws and regulations regarding holiday rentals, as well as being transparent and thoroughly reporting all bookings, revenues, expenses, etc., to you as our client. We can of course also handle maintenance and repairs of your property when needed, as well as the purchase of furniture and other items.

Use your property whenever you want

We do not impose any restrictions on how much you wish to use your property yourself. Just check with us, and we will block the dates for you in our booking calendar. However, if you wish to lend your apartment to friends or family, a fee applies—partly to cover our lost income and partly because, according to Spanish law, we are responsible for registering all guests staying in your property, regardless of whether they are paying guests or not.
