This apartment is situated in Eastern part of Torre del Mar, called El Levante, only steps away from the beach. It is a very central location, yet it is a calm block. Here you can enjoy the closeness to the beach, and at the same time have restaurants, shops and supermarkets just around the corner.

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and is accesible by elevator. You will find it very well planned. It has two bedrooms, of which the big main one is facing the quiet street below. The main bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed and two chest drawers. The other one has two single beds, a built in wardrobe and is facing the inner court. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The living room is very cosy and gives access to the balcony, which is West faced and offers a glimpse of the sea. The balcony is equipped with an awning, which is a must during hot Summer days, a coffee table and chairs. In the living room you will find a dining table where six people easily can be seated, a comfortable sofa corner, a big book shelf, a wall mounted TV and an air conditioning unit. Wifi is included.

The kitchen is small, but neat, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and a top charged washing machine.

Parking is free in the streets around the block. Note, however, that parking places marked with blue lines have restrictions.

Price vary depending on the season. Minimum stay: normally 7 nights.

Final cleaning cost will be added to the price.
