Legally registered apartments

All the apartments of Rent My Place are legally registered, so called VUT:s (Vivienda de Uso Turístico), according to the requirements of the regional government of Andalucía. 

We are also in the process of completing the registration of our apartments in the new Spanish national registry (the so called Ventanilla Única).
