Welcome to a fabulous penthouse with stunning sea views, situated right by the beach in Panorama Beach, Torrox. The apartment is decorated with high quality and offers two bedrooms, of which one is ensuite. The main bedroom has one high king size double bed, a big flat screen TV and built-in closets. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in closets. Both bedrooms are facing the inner courtyard and have blinders for the windows. In the entrance hall there is a separate bathroom with shower.
The living room and the kitchen are combined in an open solution and from here you have access to the terraces. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with a big smart TV, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need to make your stay pleasant. The apartment has central air condition / heating, and wifi.
The lower terrace is equipped with a coffee table and an awning that works with a remote control. From here you have beautiful sea views towards West. From the lower terrace there is a staircase leading up to the spacious roof terrace. The roof terrace offers a relaxing sofa area, a dining table, a big Weber barbecue, plenty of sun beds, sunshade and amazing views over both sea and mountains. From here you can watch amazing sunsets. On the roof terrace there is also a storage room, where the washing machine stands.
When renting this apartment you will get access to the shared swimming pool and a private parking place in the garage underneath the building. The swimming pool is normally open from April until November, but please note that the opening of the swimming pool might be affected by the water restrictions in the area.
The building is situated only a few meters from the beach. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. It's long, wide and sandy.
You will have private access to the whole apartment, as well as to the two terraces.
Price vary depending on the season. Minimum stay: normally 7 days.
Final cleaning cost will be added to the price.
